Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure a swift, seamless and positive immigration clearance experience for all international students upon arrival.
  • Maintain full compliance and data accuracy by verifying international student records through the designated system, ensuring a smooth transition through immigration.
  • Deliver exceptional end-to-end support, equipping international students with the necessary information and resources for a confident and stress-free arrival.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Immigration Department, resolving all student-related matters efficiently and maintaining strong inter-agency relationships.
  • Cultivate a robust communication channel to ensure stakeholders' needs are promptly addressed and feedback is effectively integrated into ISAC services.
  • Guarantee student compliance with all Immigration Department SOPs and guidelines, mitigating risks of delays or complications during the entry process.
  • Ensure the safe, secure and timely transit of special delegations by providing professional guide services.
  • Increase public awareness and engagement with ISAC services by developing and distributing informative video demonstrations and other digital content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM (or equivalent) qualification. Further studies (Diploma/Degree) in Hospitality or related fields are an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of international students, colleagues and officials.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to flight schedules.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in an airport-based environment, including standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Possessing the ability to speak multiple languages to enhance communication with a diverse student population is an advantage.
